Our Lung cancer support group is held at Heighington village hall. This is a very warm and friendly safe space where you will be made to feel comfortable and you are under no pressure to share – but can take the support that you need.
Each meeting will have dedicated guest speakers who will give talks about a variety of interesting and supportive topics.
Who is the meeting for?
The group helps to support patients with a diagnosis of lung cancer or mesothelioma or if you are post-surgery.
Family and friends are also welcome to attend.
When does the group hold sessions?
The meetings take place every three months on Wednesdays. They are face-to-face.

Do I have to attend every group session?
The meetings are very much on a drop-in basis, so please don’t feel you have to commit to all of the meetings. Please feel free to come along when it works for you and remember that you can bring a family member or friend along with you.
