As a healthcare service we know that there will always be areas for growth and improvement. We welcome your opinions on all parts of your experience, positive or negative.
There are multiple methods for you to leave your comments:
- Respond to the Friends and Family Test, sent by text or voicemail a few days after your discharge
- Complete a feedback form available at all units
- Tell your story on Care Opinion
- Write a letter or card to the endoscopy unit
- Fill out our patient experience survey, available annually
The Patient Advice and Liaison Service is available for all patients, carers and relatives. They are a confidential, on-the-spot advice and support service. If you find that staff cannot help you, or you are not comfortable speaking with them, you can contact PALS.
