Staff and teams from across Lincolnshire’s hospitals have been recognised at a glittering staff awards ceremony.
This is the tenth year United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust has celebrated its Staff Awards, with an event for over 200 staff held last night.
Award winners and highly commended entries received trophies and certificates in recognition of their excellence during the ceremony held at the Lincolnshire Showground, sponsored by Graham Construction, Altodigital, Browne Jacobson and Irwin Mitchell.
The awards celebrate staff and teams who go the extra mile for their patients, recognise rising stars, those who demonstrate compassion and respect and those who innovate to benefit patients.
ULHT Chief Executive, Andrew Morgan said: “Celebrating our amazing staff for the tenth year running is a true pleasure. We received a record number of over 900 nominations for this year!
“It is my last year at the awards before I retire and it was an incredible year to end on, being able to celebrate and award so many teams and individuals from across ULHT. Everyone who won an award this year should be incredibly proud.
Trust Chair, Elaine Baylis said: “The amount of nominations we had this year is testament to the hard work and dedication shown by our staff day-in and day-out. Thank you and well done to all those nominated this year and special congratulations to the winners for their achievement.”
