The latest version of the Lincolnshire Wire magazine, the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust magazine for staff, patients and stakeholders.

This summer/autumn 2016 edition contains an interview with Deputy Chief Executive Kevin Turner, exploring his background, his job, what he thinks are the biggest challenges faced by the Trust and the strengths that we have.

There is also a feature on our up-coming Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection and what we are doing in preparation, and helping you get prepared for flu sesason by encouraging everyone to get a flu jab.

Latest innovations and developments being celebrated include the opening of a new research centre at Pilgrim Hospital in Boston, an innovation that is giving the people of Grantham better access to hospital x-ray services, and a chance to find out more about a pilot of work that is improving patient access to colonoscopy tests.

You can find out more about why it’s important to take part in staff surveys, and what we do with the results of them for the benefit of our staff and patients. And if you want to get involved with the Trust as a patient representative, you can find out more about that too.
