Staff from NHS and care organisations across Lincolnshire will be on hand once again at a showcase event promoting the range of healthcare careers available to all.
The fourth, now annual, event is going online to make sure it can still provide the advice and inspiration for more people to launch their careers in health and care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hosted by the NHS Lincolnshire Talent Academy, the free event is open to everyone, not just university or school students.
As in previous years, there will be a wide range of careers represented, offering a great opportunity for anyone considering a career in health and care to register, logon online and find out more. Sessions will run on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 December and a full itinerary is available here.
Claire Flavell, Strategic Lead for the Lincolnshire Talent Academy said: “This year’s event is going to be a bit different to previous years, but we will have speakers from areas including nursing, medicine, mental health and wellbeing, social care, healthcare science, allied health professionals, the ambulance service, pharmacy, dentistry, business support services and estates and domestic services.
“It’s a tremendous opportunity for everyone to learn more about the various careers in health and care and the opportunities that are available for the people of Lincolnshire. It is ideal for students, those considering a change in career, as well as those wanting to return to health and social care.”
