Services in the community

The Trust provides a variety of community services across Lincolnshire.

Community Diagnostic Centres

Our Community Diagnostic Centres (CDC) provide a broad range of elective diagnostic services, away from main acute hospitals, providing easier and quicker access to tests and greater convenience to patients. We have CDCs in Grantham, Lincoln and Skegness.
