Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have now come together formally as a Group, called Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).
This arrangement does not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but brings the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospital across Lincolnshire.
As we establish the Group, we wish to create a Group identity, to show how we are working together for the benefit of our patients.
It is important that we engage with staff, patients and other stakeholders to ensure this visual identity is clear and understandable, and therefore we are seeking your views on the suggested two concepts.
