Review of respiratory care, interventions, and services for adults in Lincolnshire

Have you recently had contact with healthcare services in Lincolnshire because of a respiratory problem such as shortness of breath or a cough or an existing condition such as asthma or other lung condition?

Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board is carrying out a review of the care provided to adults in Lincolnshire, and are keen to receive feedback from people, that have had one or more of the following experiences:

  • You presented to your GP practice with symptoms such as shortness of breath or coughing
  • You underwent diagnostic tests to confirm a diagnosis (e.g., spirometry, FeNO, ECG, chest x-ray)
  • You were given diagnosis of a respiratory condition (e.g., asthma, pneumonia, COPD)
  • You received treatment for respiratory symptoms or a condition following diagnosis.

All survey results will be collated and used to inform the review and make recommendations for improvements to the care pathway for adults with respiratory symptoms and conditions.

If you would prefer to speak to a member of the team about your experience/s, you need support in completing the survey, require an alternative format/s, require the survey in another language or you require the services of an interpreter, please contact the Engagement Team via e-mail: licb@[email protected]
